How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Contact us by email events@dalkeithcountrypark.co.uk

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes – the ticket with the QR barcode on it. Email confirmations or those on phones will not be accepted.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes and should someone take your place and anyone else in your group, you MUST update the registration details. Please log in to EventBrite to update your details or email any changes to events@dalkeithcountrypark.co.uk

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
No. The ticket MUST match the name of the person taking part on The Labyrinth Challenge due to the waiver that you will accept before the sale of your ticket is complete.

When should I arrive on the day?
Please arrive 20 minutes before your allocated time slot for The Labyrinth Challenge.

What should I wear?
Shoes, glasses, jewellery and loose articles (wallets, mobile phones etc) must be removed before taking part in the challenge. Please wear contact lenses or remove your glasses before taking part – glasses cannot be worn for HSE requirements.  Socks MUST be worn by all participants – No socks, No entry. Socks will be available to purchase on the day. Face paint is also prohibited.

If you have long hair it needs to be tied up, preferably in a bun style.

We operate a shoe storage area where you can leave your shoes and bags (at your own risk) whilst you complete the course. This is offered FOC.
