Kids’ Summer Club Terms and Conditions

Booking Information:

  • Upon confirmation of payment a booking form will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please return the completed form to info@dalkeithcountrypark.co.uk. Failure to return the completed form will result in your place being cancelled.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or swap days around once your booking has been confirmed and paid for, and this is without exception.
  • A Restoration Yard lunch box can be provided daily at a cost of £5 per child, per day. If your child has any food allergies, please notify the Summer Club Manager in advance so that an appropriate lunch box can be arranged for your child. Please provide any additional snacks that your child may need throughout the day.
  • Opening and closing times: we open at 9am and close at 5pm daily. Please ensure you collect your child/children by 5pm unless you have pre-arranged a late pick up.
  • Please let the Summer Club Manager know in advance if your child has any additional needs – this is important so that we can provide the appropriate level of support for your child. We may request you complete a Care Plan in advance of your child/ren attending the club if they have any additional needs, allergies or specific dietary requirements.
  • The main contact phone number during club hours will be 0131 654 1666 – please let us know if your child will not be attending for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission to the club on the day if children are not provided with suitable or adequate outdoor clothing and footwear. The consequences of children not being appropriately dressed for the weather can jeopardise the safety and enjoyment of the whole group. Waterproofs, sun cream, wellies or suitable shoes may be required depending on the weather and activity.
  • It may be necessary to cancel outdoor activities at short notice due to inclement weather. In such situations an alternative indoor based activity will be offered.
