Wellbeing and Mindfulness Day Retreat

Join Craig Ali and Gary Young for an energising and restorative day retreat here in the stunning surroundings of Dalkeith Country Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity to unplug, unwind and recharge your batteries. The day comprises a perfect blend of mindfulness, gentle yoga and sound therapy, to help you rebalance your mind and body and leave you feeling connected, energised and nourished.

The day will include:

  • – Guided mindfulness practices in nature
  • – Mindful body scans & Qi Gong techniques
  • – Gentle yoga and movement
  • – A range of relaxing and energising breath exercises
  • – Sound meditation with instruments
  • – Mindfulness practices that you can integrate into your daily life
  • – A scrumptious and nutritious seasonal vegan and vegetarian lunch

This day retreat is open to anyone interested in wellbeing and mindfulness and for anyone that needs a break from the busy hustle and bustle of daily life. We welcome complete beginners who are attending their first ever retreat to those who attend retreats and practice self-care regularly.
