Life can be so hectic so here is your chance to stop for a couple of hours, slow down and take time out for yourself.
During this blissful 2 hour session workshop there will a guided meditation to help you start to ground yourself followed by breath work, deepened and supported by a mindfulness guided body scan to let yourself deeply relax.
A gentle Yin Yoga practice will be delivered with the concept of mindfulness to create space for the individual to explore and observe moments and changes that arise in the body and breath.
Self care tips for meditation of mindfulness will be included and a chance to take what you learnt in to your everyday lives.
This class is suitable for everyone. No experience is necessary, just bring your presence and willingness to let go, allowing the deep relaxation to boost your well-being. It’s best to wear comfortable loose or stretchy clothing with layers to cover up for the relaxation periods.
