Do you find you’re often giving your time and energy to others and prioritising other people before yourself?
Maybe over the years you’ve done a lot of giving and caring or even experienced a change or loss?
Any of these can cause your energy to deplete and leave you feeling exhausted. This retreat will help you move from ‘compassion fatigue’ to ‘compassion warrior’, increasing your energy and wellbeing and helping you to build inner strength and courage so that you can achieve a more balanced life.
Suitable for beginners and those with experience of mindfulness, it will include mindful practices, gentle yoga stretches, Qigong and a mindful walk outside in the beautiful grounds of Dalkeith Country Park.
To support your progress after the retreat you will receive recordings of the exercises to use at any time.
