Scottish Furniture Makers Exhibition

This June, The Scottish Furniture Makers Association are bringing a temporary exhibition to Dalkeith Palace, featuring a range of work from over 20 makers with various styles from the traditional to the contemporary.

Admission to the exhibition is free and there is no need to book.

Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the latest work by furniture makers from across Scotland at this free exhibition at Dalkeith Palace from 14 – 16 June. See the beauty and diversity of hand-made furniture, sculpture and woodworks up close.

With more than 20 makers taking part, expect to encounter a wide range of styles, from the traditional to the contemporary. Also, discover the different materials and techniques used in workshops nationwide today. The exhibition will feature work from up-and-coming and established makers, with a selection of exhibitors on hand each day to answer questions.

The Scottish Furniture Makers Association is a membership body which promotes and supports independent furniture designers and makers across Scotland, celebrating their art, craft and creativity

The exhibition is open 10.00 – 16.00 each day and admission is free of charge. There is no need to pre-book this event.
