Halloween Craft Workshops
Create Halloween decorations at Dalkeith Country Park with a fun hands-on Halloween workshop for children. Little pumpkins under the age of 12 can paint their very own ceramic pumpkin and create a variety of ghostie paper hanging decorations.
What’s more, our workshop leaders are PVG Certified so you can drop off the kids while you enjoy shopping our wonderful gift emporium, The Store or brunch in The Kitchen. However, if your little ones are under 5 years, they will need to be accompanied by an adult.

Craft workshops are running on 14, 20, 22 & 28 October 10.00 – 11.00 and 16 October 14.00 – 15.00. Pre booking is essential. Each workshop will have no more than 15 children and will be located in the Halloween loft, a space above The Store at Restoration Yard. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding the accessibility of the space.
The workshop can get a little messy so we recommend bringing an apron or dress your wee ones in clothes you don’t mind getting a bit of paint on!
