The Wellness Space
Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Restoration Yard, The Wellness Space offers a calm and inspiring setting to focus on your wellbeing.
Founded by Lorraine Young, with over 30 years’ experience in movement, wellbeing and teaching, the weekly timetable (Monday to Friday) features a mix of Pilates, Yoga and Reformer Pilates classes.
Lorraine is joined by a team of skilled instructors who share her inclusive, person-centred approach. Whether you’re beginning your journey or deepening your practice, The Wellness Space can’t wait to welcome you.
