Seek out wildlife at Dalkeith Country Park
22nd September, 2017
Adventurers can explore the breath-taking scenery of Dalkeith Country Park for tracks and signs left behind by its abundance of wildlife.
The session, which takes place on Saturday 23 September, will be led by a Ranger who will show participants how to spot tracks and signs and work out what they mean.
Julie Merrilees, Visitor Services Manager at Dalkeith Country Park, said: “Our tracks and signs session is a superb chance to learn more about the fascinating creatures that live in the Park.
“Our Ranger will be able to teach the basics of how to spot these signs while exploring the countryside.”
Simple Tracks and Signs takes place between 1pm and 3pm on 23 September.
The session is suitable for those aged eight and over and costs £3 per person.
Booking is essential and places can be secured by calling 0131 654 1666 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
