Can’t touch your toes? No problem! Through breath and movement we will work to create a feeling of space and openness in the body and clarity of mind. So whether it’s a desire to become more flexible or just to have an hour in your week to focus on yourself, this flow class will help you find that. Varying levels of difficulty will be offered making this class suitable for all.
Wear something comfortable and bring a bottle of water. Mats etc provided.
