Slow down with ‘hump day’ Yin yoga. This hugely popular slow paced calming style of yoga allows the body to develop strength and flexibility through holding poses for longer periods of time. This style of yoga is different from anything else out there and is relaxing yet energising while being just as beneficial as restorative yoga. Yin complements all other styles of yoga with its stretch and recharge format.
