Each 6 week block gives new mums the opportunity to practise yoga and bring their little ones along too. The class is designed for mum and baby to bond and enjoy spending one-to-one uninterrupted time together. Babies 6 weeks up to 6 months welcome.
Support your post-natal body through exploring foundational yoga postures that will help rebuild strength and stamina, moving safely and mindfully. Focusing on re-building core muscles, pelvic floor and gently closing down the body after birth.
This relaxed and safe environment is the perfect place for mums to get back into movement and interact with their new baby while doing so. Your baby takes priority – they can chill out on the mat and watch mum, have a feed or a snooze or maybe even a wee cry. Anything goes! Tone up, feel good and connect with your little one.
