What is Kundalini? “The Creative potential of man” Yogi Bhajan

Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of both physical and spiritual practice that incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. It is healing, fun and the ultimate goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Kundalini yoga is great for anyone of any age, experience or flexibility. It isn’t just about flexibility of our body, but also flexibility of our mind and indeed flexibility can improve over time.
