Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. This class is for people with some previous experience of pilates.
If you wish to bring your own mat along please do so, however the Restoration Yard provides extra mats and all the other equipment that you may require during the class.
